MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS SCHEDULE OF FEES
(Effective School Year 2011-2012)

 

1) Participate in the classroom once per week per enrolled child. Supervise preschool areas/activities on a rotating basis, from 8:45 -- 12 noon (or staying as long as necessary to assist with clean-up). Attend a brief meeting with the Director on the first participation day of the month at 8:45am. Provide, and notify the Participation Chair about, a substitute parent to cover your shift in the event that you are unable to work on your regular participation day. Bring your child to school no earlier than 9:30 a.m. and pick them up promptly at 12 noon on days that you are not participating.

2) Provide a nutritious snack or items for cooking activities for your child’s class 2 weeks per school year.

3) Abide by all the health standards of the school.

4) Pay tuition and other required fees on time.

5) Attend monthly parent meeting of the nursery school.

6) Participate in all fundraisers for Chico Nursery School.

7) Attend one 4-hour maintenance workday per year.

8) Participate on a committee, or as a member of the Board of Directors.

Failure to Participate: $50

Missed meeting: $25
(on 3rd missed meeting, increasing to $50 for each missed meeting thereafter. For families starting after Jan. 1, fee starts on 2nd missed meeting)
